"Great experience! I took my 6 year old for some bloodwork, and the phlebotomist was so patient, explaining all the process, fast and efficient, that there was no crying. Staff at the front desk was kind and fast with the paperwork. I don't understand the bad reviews, for us was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone that need a bloodwork in kids."

"Took my son to the walk-in clinic tonight and left without being seen because the staff there let their friends be seen before others who registered and were waiting before them. We arrived and waited patiently to be registered. While waiting in line others start to arrive and the line is now out the door. A woman walks in with her adult son and she starts saying hello to everyone she knows there and let's them know she was gonna get her son signed in and then she would be back to chat. While waiting, one of the Mother's friends came out to address an issue with his insurance card. Few moments later...he gets called in to see the triage nurse. Confused...I ask the receptionist how someone who came in after me got seen first? She replies they go by who is registered first, which would mean that we should have gone before the person who had just gotten called in. When questioned as to why they couldn't give me a vaild reason. Was it beacuse the man who was being seen had all his Mommies friends there? Or was it because my son was the only minority in the waiting room!!"
"What a disaster! It took nearly 45 minutes to get through the “updated” registration process; twenty people in line and two overwhelmed staffers at registration. This was fifteen minutes after the facility opened for the day. The phlebotomist I had was rushed and not skillful drawing blood. When I commented on how busy it was, she actually looked at me for the first time, and said “It’s like this ALL THE TIME. You’re lucky you weren’t standing outside the building in line.” A few hours after my lab work, I have a huge, bruised and swollen arm and will not ever return to this facility"
"Worst ever staff I have ever seen. They did not handle my 10month baby well for bloodwork and ended piercing him multiple times with needle for blood. The nurse practitioner were so rude to us and did not even feel sorry for what they did. I will not recommend this place to anyone who want to have a good experience with babies or adults. Worst place! Worst nurse practitioners. Not at all professional"
