"Went to urgent care with chest pains, turns out I had a heart attack. I was left in the exam room unattended for about an hour after my first EKG. I had a PCP who part of this medical group (Tonya Spinale). She was one of the rudest and most condescending clinicians I have ever had. I was a patient here for less than 3 months and I will never go back."

"Pediatric department has some serious issues with organization and communication. For our initial appointment we waited for the doctor for 40 minutes and she could not finish our appointment so she stopped in the middle and left to see another patients due to overbooking, I guess. She promised to call and I received a call from the doctor very late in the evening where she would continue to diagnost and prescribe medication. Obviously, this is not a normal standard of care for a very young child. We will not be back because I was not able to ask questions I had."

"I had a horrible experience here, and I would not recommend. I had the most horrible experience with nurse practitioner Marie G. Cantave-Ayer. It is because of her that I will never come to this location again. As a Black women in healthcare, treating another women of color, her belittlement towards my concerns was truly astonishing. Her lack of professionalism, sympathy, and compassion is truly astonishing. I do not even know how she is a healthcare provider with her stuck up and lack of compassionate self. I highly would not recommend her if you have hopes of getting proper care."

"As a long term patient at Atrius I find all of the individuals working there to have the utmost respect and courtesy. We have to remember that these people are under a great deal of pressure but thankfully they do not push it off on their patients."

"I give 4 star's for a a provider that works here. Dr. Zywot provides a great bedside manner,she is also a fantastic listener and problem solver. Dr. Zywot takes the time to listen to her patients,and that shows how much compassion she gives her patients. She is not judgemental. Sincerely cares for her patient's. Dr. Zywot I really want to say Thank you for accepting me as a new patient and I am extremely proud to have you taking care of me, and in corner. You I truly a blessing in disguise. Highly recommend her to anybody that needs a new provider."
