"I left this practice about 3 years ago because they were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. The amount of profanity coming out of these so called professionals mouths while I was in the waiting area was shocking. I recently called for immunization history for pre employment reasons and got no where. The front desk literally said “I don’t know what I’m doing” and told me I was no where in the system and couldn’t find any of my records.. wouldn’t you at least TRY and look into this? I’m mind blown .. it’s actually laughable at this point."

"Anyone seeking help, avoid this place at all cost. The two remaining doctors here are rude, "Why are you even here." This place should not be open. Making comments how a place they referred you too came up with all these diagnosis. Places like this is why people don't even bother to seek help and end up killing themselves. Do not come here, listen to these words. No wonder why their only female doctor choose to resign from this place my god."

"This is the worst practice I have ever seen in my 68 years on this planet. Don't try to call them as they never ever answer the phone. Also if you use patient portal it takes forever for them to get back to you. I have been waiting for a referral for over a month and still waiting. They are horrible with their referrals and their sending prescription refills. I was waiting for a scrip a few months ago, and they never sent it to my pharmacy as they were supposed to, I ended up running out and had to be rushed to RI hospital. Luckily they took care of me. On Monday I will start my search for another practice. I only went there because it is close to where I live and my previous Doctor retired. Don't make the same mistake that I did. I feel they don't care about their patients at all. Nothing but headaches and horrible service! If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would."

"“Because of the personal attention given every caller you may experience a brief delay”. Then you’re transferred to voicemail and it tells you that the “destination mailbox is full” and never get through to anyone. Then you complain and they tell you to use the patient portal to message your doctor and make an appointment, but the correct doctor isn’t listed. I’ve literally had to drive in to speak to anyone because nobody answers. I like my actual doctor but it sure feels like the administration could care less about their patients here. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
