"In short: Communication/attention to detail and organization of clerical staff is poor. Doctor was also not a reassuring experience as well. Would not recommend nor will I go back. Referred in late July never received a call from them after a month of waiting. I called multiple times throughout the following month left voicemails but never got a call back/nor could I get through. I finally went in person and the coordinator was honestly great and scheduled me for an appointment and apologized. When I had to reschedule due to illness I got a reschedule date within reasonable time. However, 1 month after that was scheduled, I got called that the appointment should have never been made in the first place to due an error in scheduling. I had to be firm with explaining that I needed to be seen and eventually got an earlier appointment. After 4 months of back and forth, the appointment was a waste of time. I was seen by the doctor for a total of 8 minutes (from the time he walked in to the time I walk out of the office) to be told I'm all good. It was super rushed. The best part: the doctor charged my insurance $1000. The visit lasted only 8 minutes but got charged for a 45-50 minute appointment. Also got charged for two procedures that took place during that 8 minutes one of which did not occur at least to my interpretation of the bill. Luckily my insurance covered most of it. In the end, it wasn't worth all the headaches of trying to get this appointment the service was significantly poor all around, besides the wonderful person who coordinates at the EG location."

"I was referred here by my doctor for loss of smell and taste. Not only did I leave a voicemail (that got ignored, no call back) detailing why I was making an appointment, but I also mentioned the specifics again when I called the second time. Within 15 seconds of the PA entering the room she told me she “could not help” me and there was “nothing she could do.” Why allow me to make an appointment and take time off of work then pay you for something you don’t even know how to treat? I then spoke to Tammy, who was less than kind. I walked out with the practice manager’s number. Called Amber and was offered close to no empathy and basically belittled for 7 minutes about the issue I went in for. She suggested I might be uneducated/hadn’t been “watching the news” (I’ve closely monitored articles about this issue 2x weekly for 2 years hoping for solid treatment options) and in the same breath suggested I avoid google for information as if I never learned how to do research in 9th grade like everyone else. She also told me that my reason for visiting wasn’t even on my file or in my appointment notes which is very reassuring when dealing with a doctor’s office! I was offered no help, advice, or empathy, and left feeling worse than when I arrived. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy wasting your own time and being made to feel like a stupid child for something that’s affecting your wellness."

"Please don’t ever bring your kids to this office. Had an appointment at 11:15 for my infant, I finally go up to the desk at 12:25 to ask how much longer and the MA says probably another 20 minutes but she’s not sure. After struggling with my baby who’s extremely fussy from being in pain which is the whole reason why we’re there and have waited weeks for this appointment in the first place, I said that we couldn’t wait anymore and had to reschedule.. the doctor wasn’t available again at any of the offices until March. What’s the point of me arriving early to be at my appointment on time if this doctor can’t even keep appointments somewhat in the appropriate time slots?! I understand a wait time but almost 2 hours is beyond ridiculous and there’s no communication from the staff about it either, not even a check in. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional medical office in my life. Do not waste your time here because they sure don’t mind wasting your time for you. Get your kids into an office that will genuinely help and care for them."

"Getting in touch with the call center is frustrating. When you finally get someone they transfer you to extensions that have nothing to do with getting appointments cancelled rescheduled or confirmed. Just today I spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule an appt they made without speaking to me first. The MD is amazing but everything else is super frustrating. When I meet with my MD I’ll definitely be bringing this up to him because this is not the first time I’ve gone through this. It makes patients not want to continue seeing the doctor bc the support staff is lacking in many areas. I’m still waiting to get in touch with someone after trying for an hour today to reschedule this appt. Patients shouldn’t have to go through this. Do better."
