"Let me start off by saying that this was one of the best experiences with an eye care place I've ever had. I have anxiety with health professionals since it's always about money or they just tend to not listen. I went to another place about two years ago and they blamed the medication I was on for my bad eye sight and belchertown eye care immediately went through every OTHER reason why I could be lacking. They called me the day before reminding me of my appointment. I got in almost a week 1/2 out which Is amazing considering it takes months at other places. The lady at the front desk was very attentive, told me that it would be $110 for the exam BUT insurance will cover an amount of it I would just have it sent out. (she gave me a letter and all to send it out) As well as she measured where my eyes and ears sit so its comfortable. When I paid I left a deposit for my glasses (I was given option) and she showed the price break down. Sadly, I do not remember her name but the lady who did my eye exam was TOP tier, she worked for surgeons before and was checking for EVERYTHING when I say everything I mean everything. She was very educated and would ask if I wanted to see what the pictures and devices were doing. They have brand new technology so she explained what each one does now and any questions were answered immediately. PLEASE go they're amazing "

"Wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else. Great people that always make you feel welcome. The Dr. that was supposed to see me was in an accident, I was offered to reschedule or see Donna a Tech. I chose to keep the appointment and see Donna. Donna was simply amazing! If you're reading reviews trying to decide if Belchertown Eye Care might be for you, look no further, you wont be dissapointed!"

"I'm extremely happy with my experience. The work was very thorough. I had a specific frame that I wanted and brought to them. They fit the prescription lenses perfectly, and work great. I highly recommend the progressive lenses. Its high quality glass, with basically 3 glasses in one.As a business owner, I highly recommend them!!!!"

"A week ago I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one safety and the other one every day glasses. I love them both! I sat down with Lauren for over an hour going over the frames, lens, style and my sizing until I was satisfied with the glasses we picked out. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They called back about 10 days later to say my glasses were ready. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and the owner Charissa sat with me for a full 40 minutes after closing making sure both my glasses fit perfectly and explained the warranty. I highly recommend this shop! Very friendly staff, good parking, easy to get there, store looks nice inside. That’s all I have to say about that."

The selection of frames is spectacular. Nikki was so great in helping me choose just the right frames. She knows her stuff, and was really fun to work with (fanny pack and all)!
