"I broke my frames and called, and they set aside the same frame, and I didn’t even have to make an appointment to go in to have them put my lenses in the replacement frames. Even though they were busy, I didn’t have to wait longer than 15 minutes. Carolyn helped me and it only took her about 10 minutes to put the lenses into the frames. Caroline was extremely sweet and helpful and I am very satisfied with my experience. Even from the beginning stages of my eye exam they were very thorough and very helpful and knowledgeable"
"I have been a client here since I was 18. My 1st glasses were needed in High School as I lived in a Group Home I had no say. I've never had an outstanding balance. When I was 48 or 49 YO the staff informed me that as I had missed 2 Appts in a 10year period. I was no longer eligible to pre-book. I had to call daily for cancelations. I can't believe it but over the last 3 yrs not a single cancelation. I assume absolutely no missed appts as well. I had 3 children whom also became loyal clients. I've never heard of such a ridiculous policy with no forgiveness time frame. It's a lifetime ban. I do know that the last appt missed was for myself & husband. The was a medical emergency. The vision center was contacted asap with reason & apologies. I have 3 seperate vision plans. All VSP which unfortunately vision center is closest or it's a drive to Manchester or Concord. I am disabled but I know that I've never been informed of this 2 missed appts in 10 yrs garbage. I am pursuing answers. I am also reaching out to multiple disability support centers to assist me with an appt. Apparently lifetime loyalty means nothing. It's most likely a greedy medicaid accepting business vs those with private insurance. The business reply is absolutely not correct. 2+ yrs ago when I called to schedule an appt. I was told that in the last 10 yrs I had missed 2 appointments so I no longer could pre book. I've not scheduled an appt since. Every time I've called to check on cancelations, I was told none. For yrs there's been zero cancelations. My legal spouse, whom I've been seperated from for yrs is not my responsibility. I try to encourage him to take care of his health. I do make several appts for him. He is 52YO & not my child under 18(as they've passed away). You can not legally hold me responsible for him missing his appt. But you let someone(an adult 30YO)walk in & put me down as financially responsible for their bills. You requested no proof, didn't contact me, nothing. Then I had to go back & forth with vision center for a year to get you to remove me from that account & stop sending me bills. I guess vision centers response just proves my words. To lie that I booked an appt after I was told I no longer had that privilege seems 100% accurate. I see you did not mention that when I missed that appt due to a medical emergency, I phoned as soon as, well I had a heartbeat & was breathing again. Yes I was extremely sick. I had called an ambulance but dropped on my front porch waiting for it. I was 2/3 minutes from fire station. But dropping dead doesn't excuse you with The Vision Centers grotesquely poor customer service, excessive wait times, almost impossible to have an employee assist you picking out frames, yes you wait again, about 45 min average. Then they abandon you for another customer. They just walk away. So you think going in for an exam will be quick. Nope add 2hrs wait, before you get exam & then waiting for frame assistance. It's ridiculous how many times employees just walk away without a word. I had actually stopped purchasing glasses there. I requested a script & went elsewhere. Sad to see a place that used to be so friendly, still waiting around. But the staff were courteous. Perhaps they've hired a generation that never played outside, went home when St lights came on , memorized phone #'s & never disrespected an adult. Who knows. Sybil a month ago you couldn't get your son seen yet 3 wks ago they respong to Kyle that they can squeeze his request in!"
"I was only passing through Keene. I'm from Kentucky and I lost a nose pad on my glasses. They were very friendly and happily fixed my glasses for free. The office was very nice and had lots of people to help. If I lived in the area I would happily return!"
"Had an eye exam in April of this year and everyone was so nice and helpful. Went back in a few weeks for a second pair of glasses and Monica was SO helpful on picking a pair out and Christina was so helpful when I needed my lenses fixed. Honestly every I have interacted with here has be amazing!!"
"Got my lenses, immediately told them something wasn’t right. They were able to get new lenses for me, and a discount. Thank you Julia, Tina, and Carolyn for your support, and awesome work!"
