"I have only been to this office once received my glasses and have not had my follow up appointment yet. The one time I was here staff was pleasant and Doctor was helpful. Now my experience over the phone the few times i have called to check on an appointment time and date, try to change my appointment time or asked to be put on a waitlist for a sooner appt has always been unpleasant. I do not know the name of the receptionist but its the same women every time. And every time she seems bothered and annoyed and never answers the questions that are asked just by her tone of voice i can imagine her facial expressions that of pure disdain. And as someone who has worked with the public my entire career this type of unnecessary attitude is perplexing. Never have a written a google review But I happily did for little miss bothered."

"My child can be a bit rambunctious not only were the staff extremely patient, but also very friendly. They were booked out far and I broke my glasses while asking to be place on the waiting list in case someone cancels I let them know I broke my glasses and they offered to fix them even though I'm a new patient and the glasses came from somewhere else. The staff is super friendly great customer service!!"

"I am NOT feeling the love from this place. I have called 3 times today to schedule an eye exam and nobody answered the phone at all. I also left a messages each time I called and there was no call back. I will try again tomorrow (I really don't think they will call). It amazes me that they will probably complain that no one gets their eye exams done at a locally owned business and that "Lenscrafters" is taking all their business away."

"Truthfully one of the best health care practices I’ve ever visited. I think this is the only office (eye care or not) that still manages to bring forth continuous great service from the front desk, amazing care, and that small family practice feel! They’ve gone up and above for us repeatedly, and can recognize me within minutes despite me only have five visits ever. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and my little family!!"
