"Michelle the lead store clerk… is a miserable person who should not be employed here! I travel a lot for work and well I stopped in at the Freeport location 141 main st to drop of 10 small packages and asked for a receipt for my record of me dropping off I was told she doesn’t have not her problem and walked off! So I called to speak to a manager and behold she is the lead due to manager being out on deliveries, I asked when will the manger be in and was told she won’t ,I continued to ask why she couldn’t give me a receipt and she responded not her job since I live in Augusta and next time bring to my Augusta location then hung up on me! Unbelievable if you hate your job this much leave! Post office needs to look into her conduct here! Even her coworkers looked at me with confusion of why she couldn’t just print a recipe AFTER SHE ALREADY SCANNED THEM! Wish could leave 0 star"
"This 5-star rating is for Tanya. Very warm and kind. Helpful. Michelle is kind of curt and rude"
"Unbelievable! Another day without a delivery! Critical packages that tracking shows as "Out for delivery" for days, checks that are desperately needed - and we get nothing! We're lucky to see one mail delivery each week for the past month or more. The counter staff tries to help, but who's in charge of this fiasco?"
"My informed delivery toldme I was supposed to receive my check on Monday. Here it is Thursday and we have had zero deliveries all week. I walked into the post office this morning and was told sorry no mail delivery all week. I told them I was waiting on a check, which us now 4 days late. The mail man was willing look for my mail, but then the lady at the counter barked at him and said no.She then rudely toldme all mail was getting delivered today,be patient. Now themail has been delivered, but I recieved nothing. So I went back to the post office and was told they didn't get to it today. And no they won't look for my mail. But my neighbor wnt to the post office and they were willing to look for hers. But not mine apparently."
"Told them that USPS LOST an extremely important package of mine (master disc of a film I've been working on for TEN YEARS). Nobody cares! They just wait for you to stop talking and leave. They REFUSE to pay insurance. No one will search for my package, even though they know where it was last scanned. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR REMORSE. Why would I ever use USPS again in my life? The trust is permanently broken. It seems no one here cares at all. I will never forget this and this is one of the worst things anyone has ever done to me."
