"Love Buenas empanadas. They do amazing limited time/experimental flavors in addition to their classic standbys. Savories and sweets both available! People complaining about the prices perhaps don’t understand what costs are involved in operating any small local business, especially those which choose to use quality ingredients. These aren’t mass produced, they are handmade… so yeah, you’re gonna pay more than $3 for an empanada, but honestly not too much more. One of my favorite spots in the whole Boston area, I really miss living within walking distance of this place!"

"Mouth watering empanadas! We eat a lot of empanadas in this house..... and Buenas is always hitting the spot because we can get hot and juicy at point of sale and bring home some frozen for later. I especially love that their offer varieties that are authentic and genuine to their personal experiences and upbringing but also like to mix it up with innovative flavors that color outside of the lines. Also check out their market at the Speedway for more incredible stuff. "

"These empanadas are such a treat! Anytime I am in the area I stop by to have some for lunch, or grab one for snack, but always get extra to keep in the freezer! I love the variety of options (ham & cheese is my fav!) . Make sure you grab a jar of their sauces as well. We need more community-centric female, minority businesses like this! Oh and all the staff are pretty rad!"

"Recently visited their Bow Market shop and tried a variety of empanada delights. Every single bite was perfection! The fillings were so flavorful and creative! You can tell the care that goes into making each of their empanadas. Also great Pebre and Chimi, staples now in our home. Staff is exceptional and friendly. Can’t wait to go back."
