Reviews of United States Postal Service
"The worst. Wrong info about operating hours. Called over a dozen times with no answer. Incompetence at its finest. Filing a report with the main hub."
"I have to agree with Anne M - I too went for my passport and it was such a headache; website and phone answering system said they were open to walk-ins (Had issues setting up appointment on site) - When I walked in you may have thought I committed a crime. They denied having walk-in hours, but told me I was "Lucky they weren't busy and would help" - They couldn't take my picture because the printer was ''out of ink for the past several months'' - They refused to accept my birth certificate, but they're not the team processing my Passport... Came back exactly a week later (With another birth certificate), had the same gentleman, who stonewalled me at every turn: He was the one to fill out the form the week prior and told me there were issues with it! But HE did it!? - DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES."
"I had a mostly terrible experience getting my passport application submitted. The male employee SHOULD NOT be in a front facing customer position. I was called back because he missed some information that was needed to complete my passport app. Donna is lovely. Give that woman a raise!!"
"I’m from out of town, stopped to mail something. Elderly disabled man in front of me was asking about changing his address, the man waiting on him has a terrible attitude from the start was very rude to the man. Belittled him, the man asked for help with the form. The man working for USPS said he can’t help and the man would need to get someone to help at home. The elderly man stated he lives alone and would love some assistant. The man working there filled out the form but stated many times I’m not allowed to help, and that he needs to get someone to help him with this kind of thing. I’m sorry when did we as a society judge people and not lend a hand. It was so sad to see. Had the employee not helped I would have offered. It was so sad to see the employee be so disrespectful. I’m glad this is not my local post office."
