First of all, the process of booking the move was easy and quick. But moving day was when my movers really shined. It could have been a disaster - the usual entrance to my apartment complex is blocked off due to construction, so you have to navigate a maze between other buildings to even find my place. Unfortunately, once they found my building the movers realized that the van would not fit under a bridge, so they couldn't get near my entrance. It took a while, and they did it all on their own, but they finally figured out how to get my stuff to my apartment. I know it was pretty far away, because it took a long time between trips. My movers were pleasant, courteous and treated my belongings with care. And I didn't hear a single complaint about how long it took to get from the van to my apartment. Bottom line: I will definitely use Liberty Bell again for any future moves, and will not hesitate to recommend them to others."
