"Horrible unreliable service, package promise date late twice. First day delivery due, said 'Delayed' after all day wait. Second day schedule and update was to be delivered 10AM to 12PM (2 hour window). Truck never came and no updates until mid day then delivery was expected by end of day 8PM. This package required an in person signature or delivery would not be made. So two work days wasted on false expectations for a FedEx package delivery. Does anyone know how to receive any compensation? I'm sure FedEx will not offer any. Still waiting for the package..."

Julie was extraordinarily nice in taking the time to find it out back (in the midst of what I’m sure is a busy sorting process) and allowing me to sign for it there and then. I certainly recommend this FedEx location if you are shipping items and are concerned that they be received as soon as possible. Very happy!"
