"Been out of work for over a year with no income. Back injury occurring in workplace due to vehicle accident in building, because of negligence on behalf of management. My family and I have been living off of savings for over a year, because somehow, I don't qualify for workmans compensation or disability even though I have contributed throughout the last 35 years!!
