"Let me just start by saying i had to select a star to leave a review but this company deserves -5 stars they shouldnt ever get a rating i called suburban on monday Dec 3 2018 and paid $440.00 for 100 gallons of propane at the time i called on monday i had 30 gallons of propane i calked them back today Dec. 6 2018 to see when they will be delivering mind you i have already paid and the payment has come out of the bank so they have my money she tells me a ticket hasnt even been put in for delivery yet and it could take 7 to 10 days at this point i am down to 15 gallons of propane and no delivery in sight i call back asking to speak with a manager i am told the manager has left for the day and that if i want propane so i dont run out i have to pay an emergency delivery fee of $195.00 i have already paid $440.00 and recieved no propane so now i am going to have no heat in my house in december Dont ever do business with this company ever they will take your money and deliver nothing they are a scam i have already contacted the attorney generals office and the better business bureau and i plan on goung to all of the newspapers and news stations and let them know about suburban propanes scamming business practices"
