"Many patients are not happy. The only patients left here are older patients and patients who don’t speak English well enough to know the disservice happening here. When I first started seeing Dr.Rodrigues she was very nice and caring and went above and beyond to care for her patients. She taught and educated patients. Her team and staff of people were great. As her career is coming to an end. The enthusiasm is gone. She doesn’t really help her patients improve their health and dismisses everything to lack of sleep or lack of water!? She’s so disconnected she doesn’t see how bad her staff is. Tony is the worst and does not care about patient care at all. He is supposed to be there to help. The staff yells at patients over the phone. Cancels appointments because they are afraid of not getting paid. And have a horrible reputation with MassHealth. The best employee is the male receptionist. He’s so kind and helpful. Talks a lot but is super helpful. It’s disappointing to see a practice that was great to down like this. If you are looking for a new PCP look elsewhere."

"I have the same issue as other people in these reviews too, seems like there's a common pattern. I called about seeing Dr. Rodrigues again, who is an incredible doctor, after I hadn't been able to see her in a while for personal reasons. I was told she doesn't take return patients, and I was surprised but I said alright. But instead of that being the end of the conversation, the man who answered said "If you haven't come to see us in this long, why should we take you back?" In what world is it okay to say something like that to anyone? The conversation should have ended with informing me that they don't take returning patients, that's it. Not make me feel bad for being unable to see her and apparently having the audacity to call and ask if she was still available. People with attitudes like that should not be working front desks, if the front desk person has that kind of attitude, I would be more likely to assume the doctor has that as well and go somewhere else. It's not right for him to give Dr. Rodrigues a bad name."

"I was a patient of dr. Rodriguez for years because she is awesome and such a great doctor until was informed that they do not take an insurance that I had for one year due to a change in job. I tried to go back to her once my insurance changed and the man that is working at her front desk was very rude and denied me medical care and told me that they do not accept returning patients. I was not informed that this was their policy and I did not sign anything that explained that they do not accept returning patients. When I asked to see where the documents are that explain this he threatened to call the police and raised his voice and said he does not have to show me anything. It’s unfortunate that her front desk staff will be the reason many patients will leave. I do not recommend this office anymore."

"The doctor is excellent. However the front desk may be the worst I’ve ever heard of. Be polite to patients at the very least. And certainly do not be disrespectful. Terrible. If you don’t like your job find one you like"

"Dr. Rodrigues is a phenomenal clinician! She is brilliant and very caring of her patients, I am so pleased with my care here, both she and her staff are exceptional!"
