"We love the staff but unfortunately. Our mailbox was hit over the winter and then our mail was intentionally held back from us which included vitamins we needed, it is April 28th. We had put a mailbox up a couple days prior But apparently this was not quick enough for naples to hold our mail back from us. I didn't think this was good integrity. The packages that they were holding had been delivered ten days prior and we had been in three times asking if there were any packages and they said no. Then goodness there was a polite guy named Michael there Who was able to provide us with our packages and let us know that they've been sitting there the whole time. This was terribly unprofessional."
"I have lived in Naples for the past 5 years, every one of those years has been filled with issues pertaining to Naples post office. Our mail is usually late, packages often get lost, and I still receive mail for the last occupant of my home. Went to pick up a package yesterday and the old man that "attented" to the register was VERY rude and dismissive. In any other setting that behavior would not be tolerated,(he is lucky) why is this not being addressed?!"
"Best Customer Service I have ever received anywhere!!! The employees went above and beyond to help me find a package that was purposely sent to the wrong person. The manager is amazing. As a small business owner I hope to give the same customer service that I received here. Sending many thanks to the employees at the Naples Maine Post Office!!!"
"I have had nothing but great, friendly service at this post office. I have a PO Box so I can't comment on the home delivery issues. I have lived in Naples since 2001 and have always had "above and beyond" service. I live in SoFl in the winter and THEY are typically rude and unresponsive. Naples PO is small but have always been nice to me about delivery procedures and my questions. Earlier this year, I was homebound with an injury and my neighbor was picking up my mail for me. She has a PO Box in another town but said she would be changing her Box to Naples because she liked the people so much."
"Worst post office I've ever experienced. We just moved to this town a couple months ago, and a lot of times, we do not receive our mail or packages at all. A couple weeks ago, they sent back a package I ordered on Amazon. I had to look online and check tracking to find a notice that it was "undeliverable" because according to the post office, our address was "incorrect." When I asked the post office about it, they used the excuse that they had a substitute driver and our address wasn't updated in their system yet (our house is new), so it was returned to Amazon by "accident" because the driver didn't know our house existed. Which didn't make sense to me because that same day it happened, I got regular mail in my box, so I don't understand how a driver can put an envelope in my box, but cannot find that same box to put that package in? I ended up having to reorder my package all over again (thankfully, Amazon was more than understanding and issued me a refund and an extension on my Prime membership with no questions asked, even though this situation was not their fault). The post office assured me they finally updated their system and the issue wouldn't happen again. Yet the second time around, when I had to reorder that same package, was also a hassle where I had to call twice to make sure my package wouldn't be sent back again because it wasn't delivered on time when it was supposed to be. It was finally delivered after that second phone call I made, after days of sitting at their post office (I should mention, they told me I was more than welcome to pick it up myself, which I declined because I wasn't about to do their job for them and I wanted to make sure they could get it right this time, so I wouldn't have to worry with future deliveries.) Fast forward to a few weeks later, here we are again. Was supposed to receive a package a week ago and they're playing stupid and have me going in circles all over again, wondering where my order is, or if I will even get it this time. My husband also had our insurance company tell him that they tried sending us mail and the mail they sent got returned to them, so who knows how much of our mail (not just packages) has gotten returned to the sender without us even knowing?! It is extremely frustrating not knowing if we will ever get our mail and at this point, there is no excuse for it. We've been living here for 3 months now, their system should definitely be "updated." It's obviously not a "system" issue, but rather a human error instead, yet they don't want to take responsibility for it or fix the problem. And upon reading other reviews online, I see that I am not the only one that this is happening to, and others in this town have been given the same "substitute driver" excuse as well. Wonderful."
