"For 3 years now the carrier can't seem to read that mail is for only my last name. If she can't read and put other people into my box, then she is a threat to the local community simply because that also means she doesn't know how read stop when driving. It doesn't take long to confirm its my last name and it's federal law. 1 or 2 time is fine, but multiple dozens in 3 years is unacceptable. This will result in a legal court case with intentions of her going to jail, one way or another, due to the safety risks alone that she creating and violation of federal constitutional law"

"Driver on my route does very poor service and doesn't even try to drop off mail or packages most days even with my mail box shovled out"
"Went to get my son's passport done at this location. We called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment, and asked what would be needed. We arrived ten minutes early. Waited in line to be helped. When we finally got to talk to someone, we were told because my 16 year old did not have his drivers license he needed both parents to be present. So we left very disappointed and frustrated. We called the court house in Farmington because I knew the info the lady gave us was incorrect. We then went to the court house and was able to get it done in five minutes. I only wish the lady that waited on us was trained appropriately in how to do the passport process."
