"We're propane customers, and made the switch to Bob's Cash Fuel in August of this year. (Wish we had known about them sooner!) A couple of weeks ago I called to get on the schedule, knowing it would be a week before we'd see a delivery. Last Monday after the torrential rain storm that brought so much flooding and destruction on 12/18, I did not expect to see anyone delivering to us for at least another week --- simply because it may be difficult for employees / drivers to get into work. That Wednesday (12/20) evening about 8:00 PM we noticed a propane truck coming up the driveway, and was driven by the owner of BCF. His drivers had been working so hard to support customers, but needed to be relieved; knowing we needed fuel, he loaded up a truck and made the delivery himself. If that doesn't show how a business values their customers, I don't know what does! So grateful for people who care about their customers and community, especially in times of hardship!"

"Great place, my entire family has been using them for decades. I started a couple of years ago and have had a good experience but today I had a great experience. Thank you Bob's for helping me with my issue, I'll be using you for decades like my family has! Edit: As I was hitting "Post" the driver was already delivering oil even though I had called Bob's ten minutes prior. Very fast, and I'm very thankful as I went from calling Bob's to bleeding my furnace and having it running in less than an hour!"

"My first experience with Bob's was in 2018 when they sold me a 1,000 gallon propane tank and became my source of gas. It was a great experience and has been ever since. Their service folks, Mike in particular, did a great job recently when installing a thermostat to make my Rinnai direct-vent gas heater more efficient. I highly recommend them."

"We bought a furnace and oil tank from them a year ago. We have no heat today. I called for service and apparently we are not considered a customer. They might be able to get to us next week. We purchase propane for our generator from them. Again, not considered a customer. We were NOT told that we had to purchase our oil from them when the system was installed. I am very disappointed and can say that I would never recommend them!"
