"I talked to corporate and was told to go get the phone that was supposed to be delivered that day it arrived to the Augusta terminal at 12:15 pm and received text update delay in shipping then 5 minutes later it said it would be delivered that day.that made me call corporate again and talk to the acting supervisor was told to go pick it up if I needed the phone that day. When I went to the terminal I was told by the woman working the counter I couldn't just come get an item because corporate said so. I told her regardless of what she said I was leaving with my phone, she snapped and told me corporate can't just tell me to go pick it up. I told her I would call corporate back standing in front of her and get this sorted out. I was very upset at this point she said she would go see if it was even there. The terminal manager overheard the obviously louder than normal conversation and then was notified by the woman at the counter the boss will sign off on it so I could have my phone. When I checked the tracking it was stated the truck delivered it,well it's just another lie from FedEx,and why I require a signature dealing with their services as they are always a day late or delivery was to the wrong address. Long story short I walked with my phone..."
