"It seems this is a number/volume practice. I think I have had better customer service from the McDonalds at O'Hare airport. The doctor had poor responses to my inquiries where he obviously did not read any of my concerns. It took no less than four calls to have my medical records transferred to another practice (apparently it's the patient's problem that they outsourced their back office), of which the office staff were extremely rude the first two calls. In addition, they do not opt into the MGB surveys - this should be a sign to all who intend to engage with their practice. All in all, the absolute worst medical encounter I have ever experienced. Be careful before engaging."

"I wish i could give a zero. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service staff. Cannot reschedule an appointment even if sick, will be charged, and on top of that if you do that "too many times" (how many times this is a mystery), you account will be blocked and you will not be seen."

"Dr. Dudich is a fantastic doctor. She helped me figure out what was causing my seizure and was very attentive. Once she left the practice to go to her hometown across the country, I was riddled with nothing but problems at this practice. They had me see a new Doctor who saw me once. Once the pandemic hit, I saw her virtually for one visit. After that, I tried to get another appointment and there were three doctors that came and went before I could even see one of them. They kept canceling my appointments because they couldn't even get a doctor to stay at the practice. The office staff is extremely rude and I don't recommend anyone go here. They seem to be more concerned about your copay than your overall well-being. If you care about your health, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They simply do not care about their patients here."
