"Been visiting this office since joining Tufts Medicare Preferred plan 18 months ago. I think they are excellent, efficient and extremely fast with their responses to my concerns when I leave a message using the MyTuftsMed portal. My PCP is Kelly Carignan who actually listens to me and does not rush me out the door."
"The doctor and the nurse practitioners are amazing at this place, Staff incredible"
"Receptionist extremely rude needs to be fired!!! Gave me a really hard time making an appointment for a car accident I was in because I didn't have an adjusters information even though I had the claim number (gave me anxiety) that I didn't even go to the appointment had to reschedule until I got that information so they wouldn't bill me definitely looking for another pcp honestly the only reason why I come because I love doctor Tom. But the receptionist are horrible"
"Absolutely garbage, cannot wait to find a new doctor. Tierney is condescending as hell and whoever answers the phone should find a new career path. She’s rude, lacks empathy and compassion, and would rather hang up on patients and pharmacists than communicate with them. She REFUSED to allow me to contact the on-call nurse for an emergency medication that I need in order to save my life. The office does NOT answer pharmacies when they call to fill prescriptions. They ignore the requests for literally weeks (months if you don’t push them) and then won’t help you when you call to ask for them to be approved. Good luck to anyone who stays around with them. Tom is the only guy worth it in the whole joint."
"Tele health visit on 09/27/1994 for ear pain (I assume an ear infection) with the PA. The visit lasts all of 45 seconds but I'm told that a script will be sent to my pharmacy of choice to help out with the ear infection. GREAT or it would have been I arrive to where I asked the script be sent for them to tell me they received nothing. No big deal I though I'll call the office back and straighten this out. 10:35 spent on hold to learn its at the pharmacy down the street I think to myself OK 3 minutes drive no problem I arrive at the second pharmacy they have received my prescription but my insurance does not cover it. So I call the doctors office to see if they can send over a different script so this can all be over 12:17 spent on hold this time for them to tell me I MUST CALL THE PHARMACY AND FIGURE OUT WHAT MY INSURANCE WILL COVER now I paid for a visit that took 45 seconds of their time and I my friends am no doctor but alas I push on and call the pharmacy back they promptly inform me no they can not see if the script will be covered until the doctor sends a new one in and I need to call my doctor back so I do and they leave me on hold another 8 minutes but when they answer they tell me that they will call the pharmacy and call me back so I can get my medication this is around 1:45 pm closing time for the office rolls around and no call back so I'm left with a painful ear infection no medication and a copay for a visit that took less that a minute will be switching doctors"
