"Front desk staff at this office are very condescending and rude. If you call more than once with an issue they treat you as an annoyance when in reality you are a concerned parent trying to get an answer or a call back regarding your child’s health. I have never once called or walked into this office and felt welcome or greeted with a friendly face/tone (over the phone). Not sure if everyone there is overworked or what the situation is but it should not reflect on patients and their children! I used to dread calling if my children had an issue. Also, if you do call with an issue don’t expect a call back the same day or even 2-3 days after your initial call and be prepared to hear “the doctor is very busy!” if you do need to follow up on a call back. Luckily I have found a new office where me and my children are treated kindly with empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this office to anyone."

"Horrible practice my son's double ear infection went undiagnosed for months, we were bringing him in about once a week. Every time they said his ears were fine. Finally we brought him to the er and he was diagnosed right away. They also just want us to continue to give our ingant miralax, instead of trying to figure out and fix what is causing the problem"
"My sister in law has been taking her kids there for 20 years. When we had our daughter, she highly recommended them. They have been fantastic! I have never waited more then 10 min. They are thorough, kind and great with my daughter who is now 11. We dealt with heart issues when she was born and they explained everything in detail and put our minds at ease. We see Dr Christine Fitzgerald on occation, but for the most part see Jenn Lavallee the NP. I never feel like I'm asking a dumb question or talked down to (like I have experienced with my own doc in the past) I highly recommend them!! 10 stars!!"
"We have used this group for 6 years. Wonderful caring doctors and nurses. Always ready to answer questions over the phone. Our son had a serious medical issue at age 2 and thanks to these thorough doctors he was quickly diagnosed and on the way to recovery within a few months."
