"NP Adebola Adelaiye - Very unprofessional. Currently has an open case with NeighborHood Health of RI. Lacks follow through and communication. When confronted, would not accept feedback/acknowledge issues brought up during care and service. She markets her self as a mental health professional but her inability to conduct her self in a professional way when confronted with an opposition makes her extremely untrustworthy. Very unhealthy. Met with NP Adebola Adelaiye on Jan. 8 for medicine management to work with my non prescribing therapist. She acknowledges and says she would contact my therapist and get the ball rolling. Zero communication from her for 5 business days. Had to call and remind her, heard from my therapist she had not called. She finally touched base with my therapist on the 6th day. Spoke with her on the 8th day.. I called her. She did not reach out. I only knew bc my therapist kept me in the loop. Spoke to her and she informed me she would be able to move forward after speaking to my primary. Awesome, Provided her with the contact info. followed up with her the day after, nothing. 3 days went by and haven't heard from her, so called in and get her receptionist. He informed me she was able to reach them and she would call me that evening. Nothing. Day 13th. did her from her the night b4 after her receptionist said she would call. I called and got to speak with her. She said she never got in contact with me primary, and then i confronted her about all the issues. Lack of communication, feedback, timely response back to patient. She never once acknowledged my concern but instead raised her voice and talked over me, behaved in a very unprofessional way as if i was personally attacking her. she became more and more upset when I stood up for myself. She started saying i am harassing her, i am getting aggressive. Please do not trust this individual with your physical and mental health!"
