"I went to this location for the first time on Thursday, April 27, 2023. I went to an office on the 1st floor to ask for a clinic in that building and a young lady was on the phone which sound like a personal call, so I interrupted her and she said that she had no idea where the department was!!! As a matter of fact I never got to the department and before I left I tried calling the Dept, and was placed on hold for 20 minutes!! Customer service is horrible at this location!!!"

"I am appalled at the treatment I received today. I moved back from California and hadn’t been to the doctors in some time due to location and insurance issues. Upon return to the area I was very happy to be able to see Dr. Barlow. I had a wonderful experience with her about a month ago on return. Unfortunately my parter and I got covid despite being in quarantine. We both had to leave our jobs and are suffering long term issues after finally testing negative. His immune system forced out underlying issues and I have been dealing with extreme fatigue, heart racing out of nowhere, difficulties breathing off and on and anxiety and panic attacks that happen without notice. We established a starting point and I was relieved to go from there and come back to see her to keep progressing. This was sadly not the case. I scheduled my physical and as the practice is seeing less volume had to schedule a month out. My appointment got moved as Dr Barlow was in the hospital (this happens and I hope she is doing well) what is not ok is the appointment rescheduling and the treatment I received during. I arrived and was surprised to hear my other doctor (Dr Watson) wouldn’t be the doctor I saw as originally stated instead someone I had never met. Not usually a big deal. It is when you treat someone dealing with pretty major life events and health issues the way I was. I explained what had been going on and everything was overlooked the topic of my appointment instead switched to my mental health issues and my weight (both I have struggled with for a while however I’m not massively overweight I’ve been an athlete and swimmer and before covid could jump in the pool and swim three hours non stop 5 days a week both of these I am dealing with on an ongoing basis due to insurance issues trying to find a new provider for mental health has been a set back and not being able to work due to the health issues Is a financial issue) instead of my hope at continuing progression with testing and figuring out why covid has left me feeling like I’m 70 years old at 25 I left and burst into tears on the phone with my mother. I was told that getting treatment for my mental health would help the symptoms I was having along with a “lifestyle “ change. Then I had two doctors come in stand in front of me and ask me to tell them what I was going to do to improve my life and that I needed to move more and stop sleeping through the day so I could sleep at night (had they bothered to hear what has been happening they would know I sleep randomly due to trying to move and it exhausting my body in about 10 min and I sleep poorly at night due to waking up with a racing heart and feeling like I just had the biggest scare of my life consistently). I have gone from being able to sustain a 70+ hour work week on my feet moving constantly since 2013 to being bed ridden from covid for 3 months then slowly struggling to put myself back together and figure out why I can hardly walk down the stairs without needing to rest and slow my heart rate down. When I asked about possibly re starting my trazadone for sleep help I was told one pill wouldn’t solve my problems. I know this. I am trying to go step by step and get the proper help so I can resume a normal life. Instead I got looked up and down told to be more active and to help myself and then watched the doctor walk out the door leaving me with the original one who handed me a list of two names of psychiatrists and told me to call them and if not them then ask insurance. I’m completely shocked by this treatment vs the incredibly compassionate and helpful actions of Dr. Barlow. I have never been so disgusted by an interaction as this afternoon and while Dr Watson and Dr Barlow are fantastic the stark contrast and the random appointment and interactions leaves my entire family questioning the continued use of the practice as a whole. It is unsettling to think that with covid being such an unknown and continuing to hinder many lives after infection that that Is how they conduct themselves with patients who are needing THEIR help."

"Used them for 20 years and have to give them a good rating. Call during open hours 9;15-4;30 for best results, altho answering service after hours can get you one of the doctors on call. You may have to hold 5 minutes or so during busy hours but relax; you can probably improve matters by electing a party that'll put more resources into health care."
