"This practice is incompetent, and borderline negligent. I have to constantly contact them about every thing if i want any follow up or any level of healthcare. I have to suggest i should see a specialist for X issue, or should i be doing this etc. I feel like my own doctor at times. If you are a patient here, you better advocate for yourself and be pushy, or you will be forgotten the second you walk out of that door."
