Landmark Medical Center Occupational Health, located at 176 Cass Avenue in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, offers a comprehensive approach to preventing and treating workplace injuries. Our Occupational Health program, established in 1983, serves over 150 businesses in northern Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. We provide case management for each injured employee, focusing on their specific injury in relation to their work environment. Our rehabilitation program involves a collaborative effort between the worker, physician, case manager, physical therapist, occupational therapist, employer, and family members.

Conveniently located across from the hospital, our hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also offer appointments before and after normal hours upon request, and injured workers can be evaluated in the Emergency Department seven days a week.
