"Very disappointing experience, I called the place on a Sunday night 1 and half hour before closing time. Explain that I was in lot pain and believed to have sore throat, they told me to come in. I had to drive 26 min, got there 1 hour before they closing time. Dispute me explaining I had to drive all the way up and been in pain they told me no one could see me, even so I was told to drive up."

"Running theme seems to be that it's $250 to be seen. Except a 15 minute visit with them was billed at $500. No procedures performed. A quick lab that they charged $15 for, a RX was written, and then they billed $485. That's like double the cost of a regular doctors visit. Good news was I got an equally unhelpful response for their billing dept. that it was within guidelines."

"Never once was I given help upon coming here. Turned away at the front desk each time regardless of pain level or distress. Was told this last time it cost 250$ to even get in the door. I have insurance but that didn't seem to matter unless I also had a referral. Never before have I been to an urgent care that felt as cold and judgmental than this one. Literally go anywhere else."

"I wen't with unbearable pain in my stomach to the point I couldn't stand. The receptionist entered my name incorrectly with the wrong last name and proceeded to take another ten minutes asking me for my insurance information which was listed on my card. I finally got into the room where I was able to see an MD once I took some tests she told me I was okay to leave and I personally told her which medication to send out, when she was the doctor. I gave it two days and received my results to never get a call back. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me she would speak to Audra, after telling me she already sent out medication and that was the best she could do, when she had asked me what medication I would like (very unprofessional). My lab results weren't even evaluated yet or sent out to the lab which she should know as a receptionist, it takes two days. She then never got back to me to send out a new medication since my results showed something different. Since I never got a call back and had to go right back to a different urgent care where they were able to read my lab tests and provide me with the correct medication. I have never wrote a review in my life on anything but I don't feel anyone should go through this. Not to mention not too many individuals go to urgent cares where their employees are smoking cigarettes outback and talking while there are people waiting in the waiting room."

"Had minor illness last week and went primarily for COVID test and treatment. They were so comprehensive and tested for everything. The staff was fantastic as well. The P.A. And staff were kind (brave too!), very knowledgeable and overall great. I left a 5 star review for them already but had to send another due to Dr. Murphy calling me tonight with follow up information. He was super nice and a fantastic Doctor( I was in medical field for years). I can not thank him or the staff enough for their diligence. It’s my go to from here on out!"
