"No one at this place cares about its patients. Having some serious issues and scheduled for video call that Dr didn't get on call even after I waited on video call for 15 mins. There was no technical issues preventing connection this is not a way to establish a good relationship ..looking elsewhere"

"I went to this clinic for about 4 years, Dr. Rosen was my PCP. He told me that I should fix my mental health because my issues were not physical. I’d complain of ibs, stomach pain, excessive pain after exercise (three days of debilitating pain after what would be considered a normal exercise routine), and constant sprains (that we’re never looked at). Turns out I have Hypermobile Elhers Danlos Syndrome, a very real and hard to define condition. When I told the staff at this facility that I wanted to transfer doctors, they told me that out of doctor confidentiality, I had to change facilities. I was also testing anemic in every blood test while I was seen there and was never told to take iron supplements. This facility cares more about their own pride than the care of their patients."

"This is our recommendation: The past month has been a busy one for us. Our daughter, who is 3 years old, had gotten an abrasion at school the day before Thanksgiving (11/23) she had to get 3 stitches. Nurse Kelly T & APRN Ramona M. made sure our daughter was comfortable. They were helpful, friendly, and made the visit go smooth, they ensured we understood how to treat her abrasion and when to follow-up. Today 12/10, we got to Londonderry Urgent Care for my daughter to see someone. We got called up to registration fairly quick. She wanted to color, we had asked to borrow a pencil but, instead the woman who helped us was kind enough to give her several coloring pages and a pack of crayons! We were soon called back. We would like thank Nurse Melissa B. She was kind, patient, and easy to talk to. And, Dr. Emry Johnston who was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. They made sure all questions were answered. Though our daughter is shy, they always make her feel special at Elliot. We always choose Elliot Health Systems, they make us feel like family and we always know we can trust them. "I love my PCP Dr Olive. He has been fantastic with everything. Never once has he made me feel unheard or bad about myself and my weight. He listens to concerns and usually has appointments available within a reasonable time frame. I came from San Diego where the wait for appointments was months and the Drs basically never have time for patients. My concerns about my pain went unheard and the Drs treated me like a drug seeker. I can appreciate that there is usually someone who answers the phones, and that urgent appointments are usually available. I have yet to have a negative interaction with anyone. Special shout out to the blood drawing nurses who always believe me when I tell them I faint and do their best to keep me comfortable!"
