"Great office for yearly check ups.. otherwise you’re better off on your own. You’ll have better luck going to an ER…For something that could potentially not be an emergency. So let’s unnecessarily crowd an emergency facility because this clinic can NOT support an influx of patients at any point in there week. Our healthcare system is failing and it’s truly sad. The amount of early closures or times the phone systems are “down” at this office is insane…best of luck."
"I highly recommend this place and am very sad we had to move. Allison was our son's NP and she was wonderful and thorough and is amazing with children. Also, it was super easy to make appointments and the staff were very kind. I did appreciate the walk in hours they had for unexpected sick visits/rashes/etc. I just made sure to call ahead and let them know what my issues were and that I would be coming in."
"We have been going to Waterville peds for the last 6 years. My daughters have had a couple Dr changes due to them retiring or leaving and have had nothing but good experiences. Dr Mast is incredibly caring and knowledgeable and listens to all concerns. Especially with having kids with asthma and being worried about their health. We have loved our time at Waterville pediatrics strongly suggest seeing Dr Mast, Allison Skully and Dr Mason."
"After being with waterville peds for 14 years we missed an appt because of a death in the family when I called to reschedule explaining to them why we had missed an appt They then inform us they put us on a same day call for an appt list. Like some of us can do that when we work. This office has gone down hill over the years. Also had to tell them to send out for a strep test after visiting several times with daughter being sick with strep. Well what would you know after telling them to send it out the rapid came back positive."
"My son had signs and symptoms of a tick borne illness last year, lost 10 pounds in 8 days accompanied by a fever and discomfort. As a RN I asked if the treating physician Dr. Mason would treat symptoms as a tick borne illness as we are often at camp up north. He refused..."didn't want to blindly treat", his words. After a hospitalization and more blood work we received a call from the CDC, my son had a tick borne illness. Dr. Mason "blindly" signed off on the lab results missing the tick borne illness. Nearly a year later we/ my son are still dealing with the positive tick borne diagnosis. Dr. Masons poor judgement ie. ego has affected my sons health long term. I would NEVER recommend him as a provider for a child."
