"0 stars- I recently bought a home and David Jones was the Sellers agent. He was very unprofessional and rude. We were all ready to close early, but the day of the signing it was discovered that some legal work had not been done. When this was discovered he stopped responding to emails and phone calls and blamed it on the title company, this went on for almost two weeks of no response. I believe it was something that should have been done months prior or before the house was even on the market. Thankfully, my lender put in all the work and drove all around Southern Maine to get the documents signed. We closed two weeks after the early signing date, (one week after the original closing date)- which he did show up for his check of course. My guess is this sale wasn't enough $$ for him to put the work into, cause that is definitely what it seemed. The seller was very kind and thankful for the work the team I had, put into the sale. As a first time home buyer, the home needs work, and we planned to get this done by signing early before we had to move out of our apartment, which didn't happen. His unprofessionalism and lack of attention to the sale was distasteful, rude and disrespectful to everyone involved. After speaking with a lot of people about this company and their reps, I was told this wasn't a surprise. Would not recommend."

"I would research before going with this company. Clearly they have friends and family leaving reviews to raise their ranking. To be clear we called over 7 times and left messages, I can provide phone records over the corse of a week. They also delete any feedback or concerns on their social media accounts. If they spent more time helping clients perhaps they would have a higher ranking. The unethical part is this company is saying I am submitting multiple reviews however look at dates and names of others as they are having them leave up to 4 reviews to just boost their ratings. They are currently higher ranked than before I ever left feedback."

Side note: we all don’t sit on our phones 24/7, have a personal life and maybe a family event that could happen or come up. Yet, some feel the need to bash, degrade others or write a bad review because someone didn’t answer the phone? Keep up the fantastic job Tom! You will crush 2023"
