"Usually have a pretty good experience here, tried to get some small bills for the business I work for and the Luka Doncic looking guy told me they’re “prioritizing clients”, I’ve been a member here for over 10 years so this was quite a surprise to me, not exactly his fault but didn’t want to work with me at all and acted like I was interrupting his day, everyone else is great!"

"Having the worst experience trying to convert pounds to US dollars. Website states any Bank of America branch can do this at any time. I’ve now wasted three trips to the bank and still have pounds not dollars. One branch claiming their teller system was down, next branch claiming only the mall location offers this service. Went to the mall location only to be told the person who does this only works 3 days a week. Most inconvenient experience with a bank I’ve ever had."

"This review is entirely due to the customer service I received from Daniel Pike. I have never physically been to this location. I recently refinanced my mortgage through Bank of America (with a call center Loan Officer) and was thoroughly disappointment. I was so frustrated with my closing, I called a local Loan Officer, Daniel Pike. Even though Daniel was not my loan officer, he spent an hour on the phone with me answering questions, looking at my closing disclosure documents, and providing me clarification (as much as he could). Even though I was not one of his clients, I was very impressed with the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend (if you decide on Bank of America) to work with Daniel. I have also emailed him a few times since our phone call and he has responded promptly."

"Worst banking experience I've ever had!! I can't speak for bank of America as a whole however this branch has absolutely terrible customer service! I currently have 2 bank accounts and I've had many over the years... Never have I been treated so poorly!! Fo yourself a favor don't waste your time at this branch until "Bank of America" can step in and get new management as well as enforce regular training and basic common courtesy where is the corporate oversight?!?! I've had better service at the Irving,.. 3.1 stars looks like I'm not the only one that feels this way!!"
