After I contacted her wondering when she would be ready to prepare our company's 1065, as well as helping us explore any available tax credits prior to this May deadline for personal income filing, she informed me for the first time that she would not be able to handle our tax matters. This is wildly unprofessional and has put my company and its partners in an extremely difficult position, because we have multiple members that now must file personal extensions only days before the due date. I am in disbelief that this person would accept us as a client months ago, file an extension for the business, take all of the partners information for future purposes, then blow us off only 10 days before the personal filing deadline and leave us completely dead in the water.
