"I stopped in right after opening as I las tribute needed something notarized. Typically you need an appointment but they were so helpful and so so accommodating! Everyone here was so nice and helpful, I was also able to do a change of address and change my last name to my married name. Again, great customer service!!"

"I went to the Wells branch of BAC last Saturday at 10:30 am and found it closed, despite posted hours saying the branch is open 9 - 12 on Saturdays. This morning, Monday, the bank was still closed with no change of hours posted on the door. What's going on? Are you ever going to notify customers?"

"I went to get a cashier’s check at 1:30 pm. The sign on the door said open 9am to 4 pm. The door was locked. I knocked on door and the manager came out and said that they needed to close for 1/2 hour so employees could have lunch, I said I guess the customer comes second at B of A and she went into a hissy fit and said that I needed to wait a half hour. I waited a half hour and 2 policeman came and said they were arresting me for disorderly conduct.. I am filing a suit against the Bank of America for 3 different charges.. I have been a customer for over 25 years. THIS IS HOW THEY TREST A GOOD CUSTOMER?"
