"This branch overall okay... but if you need to talk to anyone about a problem, you have to make an appointment? I was a bank branch manager for 15 years in Mass... I would always have time for a customer, even if it meant I had to stay on my job late. Back then, the customer always came first!!"

"Drove 20 minutes to open an escrow account at your Sanford branch to be turned away( slight handicapped) for not having an appointment. Which is not written anyway on the sight. Plus other banks are open to walkins with a mask. I will be in soon to close all my accounts. Apparently Jordan was to busy. Very disappointed, Susan Hopping Fallo"

"I've been doing business here since the late 90s. I've had many great experiences here with many of the different employees. After a person has been there for awhile, it's like going in to see friends. I've never had a bad experience in hundreds of deposits."

"Well, where to start... KSB has some serious things they need to improve. Some positive things, though, would be the online banking (it's easy to navigate around, basic and straight forward), there is no minimum you need to keep in your account at any time, so that's a big advantage. Some disadvantages, at least from my experience, would be: about 97% of the bank tellers are rude and snobby, they give you an attitude any time you need to speak with them. Taking a loan out is pretty much only possible if you have flawless credit, unless you have a cosigner. They are late with account balances, so I'm constantly rechecking the next day to see if it's been updated. And I'm usually always having small quantities of money missing from my account that doesn't seem to get replaced. Overall, 2/5 stars is what I believe is a fair grading for them. I would suggest banking elsewhere unless you are a teenager who just needs a place to cash your check."
