"I was driving on Route 495 South in Methuen, MA. Truck was in the 3rd lane. There was no traffic, picture attached shows no vehicles ahead of the truck. It is against the law in Massachusetts for a truck to be in the 3rd lane. As a paralegal, I can't tell you how many car accidents I have seen due to truckers disobeying the law. There is no excuse for the blatant disregard of the laws which are in place for a very good reason. I would give them a zero star, but Google doesn't allow it. Please do not hire this company!"

"We were on 495 and we were going 70 miles an hour in the middle lane and the trucker was tailgating us almost hit our rear bumper was flashing us and flipping us off absolutely horrible drivers. They were harassing me and my family tailgated us for no reason on the road and flashing us. They are literally endangering everyone on the road he was an absolute a****** in the company I'm going to call them now."

"We are a carrier company, and had a very bad experience with this company as a Broker. We booked a load with them, and 2 hours in they canceled it with . Called in to get what in industry is known as TONU (Truck Order Not Used). Was declined initially because they claimed driver did not accept tracking. After we provided proof that none such condition was on their rate confirmation, and we confirmed that their dispatcher knew of our driver being dispatched. Long story short they felt compelled and told us they will send a revised for 18.50$, all that when industry standard for TONU is 200$-350$. Clearly the broker tried to handle business in a very dishonest way, and even tried to pro-rate TONU as if this is something that is done. Stay away from doing business with them if you seek quality business relationships. Something more to mention: we have been doing business with this Broker since 2013 (as far as records can show), but adding them on DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH and suggesting for others to do the same"
