"I had such high hope for this office, we are a family of four and started going to AFP 3 years ago. This office completely LOST the records to my daughter’s 5 year visit. They actually had me down as a no-show. When I was trying to explain to the front desk girl that we had been to that appointment, she was completely rude. I quickly got a phone call back from a Chris? And apologize for the situation but I still had to bring my daughter back to the appointment and do everything over. After my son’s three-year appointment, his DAYCARE was emailed gender changing forms called “ informed consent for masculing hormone therapy” form. I actually went into the office and asked to set up a meeting with Dr. Kate . I never even got a phone call back…."

"Front desk is rude and unorganized.I was going here for years for psychiatric care, I loved my doctor but she had to leave the practice, they gave me no instruction on the discharge process and charged me $50 for not canceling sooner when I had just found someone else to continue my care the week prior after struggling for years. I had used 3 requests for transfer of their data to new practices, with THEIR FORM they told me they were never alerted that I had transferred to a new doctor..Just leeches taking advantage of the unwell. I can see why my doctor left the practice. Ill mangaged and ill mannered. Im not even sure if my records got sent over to my new providers or not yet."

"I think Atkinson family practice is one of the absolute best places I was sent too. I came into this office back in 2000 a very sick broken and untrusting human being, with many many health issues. I was so scared to even open my mouth to tell what was going on with me. At first Dr Kate was the only one I would see it took her medical team to help me get my life back. I will love this office forever and am forever grateful! ❤️"

"We have two under two, with our first child we really liked the family, kid friendly environment when you walk in. Over the last two years it has really changed. Front desk has become incredibly, incredibly rude. I have two young children and drive almost an hour to get there just to keep consistency in their care. I forgot a mask and they refused to let us in- not even providing any to use. It was astonishing and extremely disappointing. I immediately will be pulling our family out. Also had the experience twice where the front desk gave me a date that was incorrect. Noticed someone else had the same thing in a review. Also very high turn over rate in staff. Not worth it to stay."
