"Poor communicators and they do not seem to understand out of state transactions. They did not pay attention to details as the original figures were wrong despite all of the proper documentation. In the paperwork, filled in the wrong State for the out of State signing in several places. They also mailed a check to the mortgage company for the payoff. In what century do you people live? Banks use WIRE TRANSFERS for this kind of business. I would never do business with them again."
