"I love stopping in when in the area you never know what you'll find."
"This used to be a really great spot to find something cool. Now it’s just all junk furniture. You’re better off buying better priced stuff from facebook. There is a teenage girl who runs the entire store who has very very poor customer service skills. Will not return after management changed. Steven was great!"
"I have been trying so hard to get over here because I like how happy the Facebook page makes it look. I was ready to buy things for our new house. It closes at 5 and we walked in at 4:45pm. Sure, that’s not ideal, but it’s what we could do with our schedule and the location. There were easily 10 people working- none of them said hello or welcome. In fact, one of the women said “Dan, what time is it?” loudly to her coworker, implying that it was not the right time for me to be trying to spend money in here. Sure, it’s run by volunteers, but at least be nice to customers. They started turning the lights off, then music… all while never saying a WORD to us about “hey, just so you know, we’re closing soon.” We quickly glanced around and because I felt so uncomfortable, decided to leave. As we left, the workers were blowing by us to also leave. I get it. You close at 5. But have a designated volunteer who stays until 5:15 or 5:30 to close up and be the person for latecomers. It’s retail basics. They really need someone in charge who can train volunteers on how to treat customers with basic kindness. I’m writing this because I’m just really disappointed and will maybe try the Billerica location in hopes of a better experience."
"Love walking around, so much too see, different every time I go. Never know what your going to find, vintage, old, antique or new. I've found everything from tools, lumber, furniture and windows... Noticing over the last year, prices are going up a little bit. But if you go on the colored tag sale day's, you can really score a good deal."
