"I met with Judi over the summer of 2019, and was excited to have found a therapist I genuinely liked and could comfortably talk to. Unfortunately, due to a change in my schedule, I was unable to continue seeing Judi, and cancelled an appointment we had via text message 4 days before the appointment. Although she confirmed the cancellation, I received a bill from her billing office weeks later, stating I was a “no show,” and needed to pay $95. After receiving this incorrect notice and contacting Judi about it, she has made incorrect statements regarding the history of the cancelled appointment, and although I have screenshots of our texts, she refuses to correct her mistake; she has only brought the fraudulent bill down to $50. It has been months since the cancelled appointment, and she will not reply to my text messages or my phone calls, and she has not adjusted the fraudulent bill. It is scary that someone in the mental health field, can fail so miserably in keeping accurate records of conversations, be the one in power and in the wrong AND not own up to a mistake. I don’t want her to do this to other people, if you see Judi, please be cautious."

"I am deeply saddened to have to be in this situation as I was very excited when I met Judi Locke. She was very easy to talk to at my first appointment with her. There was a miscommunication where she had me scheduled for an appointment on the wrong day and although I sent her the messages explaining the mistake, she refused to acknowledge her mistake. I am concerned that this is something that may happen to other patients of gersnand just want tonsebd a warning about her behavior."
