"This is the first bank that I’ve had that has a letter in their checking account number. I am stationed here for the military, and there is not a navy federal nearby, so I wanted to use this bank for easier access to cash. I cannot transfer money from my regular bank to northeast credit union at all. The transfer has been kicked back three times and NECU never answers the phone. Navy Fed has now suspended my ability to transfer money, so thank you for wasting my time and money North East Credit Union."
