"Closed to weather, it was not great out, but no notification or email was given for I9 document verification appointments. Then was unable to reschedule online. Fees are occurred for canceled appointments and while it's on the employer to pay those fees its bad business to not send out a notification and offer earlier rescheduling."

"I came in an hour early for a background check with Fieldprint and the lady clearly hated her job. I initially went to Goin Postal, who gladly tried to take me early. I made a mistake though as my appointment was for Mailing Center. Figured being early would be no problem since Goin Postal was all for it (and it's the same system).. Nope. The woman said that I would need to come back in for my appointment time. I looked around, noticing the place was silent with no soul in sight, and said "no one is available to help me now?" She confirmed my appointment was in an hour and that I needed to come back. Poor attitude and service. Just plain lazy. I recommend Goin Postal."
