"I had a wonderful experience with Goin Postal! I won a large auction at an estate sale with many breakable and extremely fragile Christmas ornaments and plates. Goin Postal packed everything so carefully, I was amazed when the packages arrived! I was a bit surprised by the cost at first. But once the packages arrived, and everything was in perfect condition, it dawned on me that they had to have spent hours preparing everything. And they could have actually charged more considering the materials and labor that went into it. They did a very professional job! In addition to that, I was unable to receive the packages for a while due to some unforeseen events in my own life, and even though it wasn’t the most convenient thing for them, they held onto the packages for me until I was ready. I highly recommend them!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They are the kindest and most professional folks around!"

"Charged $22 dollars (stating the cost included packaging materials) for items weighing less than a pound. Sent in old torn flimsy Amazon box with reused tape that arrived half opened. Also using the cheapest option, Ground Advantage as well. Very unprofessional."
