"I have been with CMP for 8 years givevor take a year. Started in North Andover the switched to Lawrence. In the last year it's been taken over my column health. Oh boy all the staff have left and I am on provider #3. Don't get me wrong they are all very nice. My current provider is now in Haverhill. I was given an 8:30 am appointment and they don't open until 9. I also see a new name on the building Mmmm."
"Loved my provider and the office staff!!! For years until the past year!!! UPDATE.... After being a patient here for years and being so happy with everybody the doctors the staff I'm now changing my review. The center for psychiatric medicine merged with column health and it's been horrible. On top of being bounced around from Doctor to doctor doctor we now find out that they don't want to take on psychiatric patients only addiction patients. So they take over a psychiatric office and basically screw all the patients and leave us at a standstill for like 8 months 9 months it's been horrific I definitely would never recommend Column health. And the worst part is you can't even reach the office staff it's horrible"
"Put me on terrible meds. Increased dosage when meds weren’t working. Gained so much weight and other issues and when I spoke about them, I was told “No, those meds don’t do that.” Became pregnant and was told to stop taking what I was on (at that point, it was 3 years of the same medication). Body went into shock and should have been examined. Called the office explaining my situation with how the withdrawals made me want to die and they scheduled me for an appointment 2 weeks ahead. (Pointer, if someone says they want to die, don’t schedule them for 14 days later). I managed to fight the withdrawals without their help, needless to say. Since then, I’m off the meds completely, lost all the weight I gained and have no other symptoms. I’ll never be back."
"This place is a joke. Called last week to setup an appointment. The representative was very nice and was very patient and understood my needs, he also stated that someone will be calling me back within 30 minutes to setup an appointment. Well its been almost a week and still no one has called. When I called yesterday the representative hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and of course received an answering machine and to no avail no one has called back. Your place of business is called Center for Psychiatric Medicine, correct? That means when someone calls they need help, not to be ignored!! Thanks for nothing."
"I have been trying to find a psychiatrist and stumbled upon this office's information. I have called them numerous times. At first I would use the dial tone to become a new patient and no one would answer. So of course I follow directions and leave a voicemail with all the information they requested. The voicemail before the tone ensures that if information was left that it has been seen and will call back. The fact they even have that tells me how responsive of an office they are. Annoyed after waiting and not hearing back over the period of a whole week and leaving a second voicemail with no response still, I attempt to call as if I am a current patient to see if someone would pick up. I during two different times of the day, both of which I called twice, called to see what I would be treated like if I was trying to schedule an appointment as a current member already. No one picked up at either times. Whoever is in charge of the phones does a very poor job. I would not trust an unresponsive office with my mental health."
