"Would not recommend this company for service. Just had my wedding and one of the busses broke down as it was picking up guests at the hotel. Then, at the end of the night, the bus driver didn’t bother asking if the wedding party was going on the bus back, just left me, my (new) husband, and the rest of our wedding party at the venue. The bus drivers to and from complained about the parking location of the venue loudly for everyone to hear and made people feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, you’d be better off walking to where you need to be rather than using this company for transportation."

"I called Andy today to see if he had availability for my October 8 wedding, since my current vendor (that we have had booked for some time) cancelled on us. He did not have that date available, but referred me to another bus company in the area. I called that company, and they ended up being able to accommodate me at a fraction of the cost of the vendor who cancelled on us last minute. Andy was very polite and professional. He did not have to refer us to someone else. but helped us out anyways. Thank you Andy for referring us to another vendor. You saved our wedding day!"

"You would be better off walking than hiring this company. I hired them for my daughter's wedding. They never looked at the updated itinerary. They followed the initial outline that was written for a time frame reference 1 year before the wedding. People waited for 1/2 before they took their own car. I could go on and on as to the disaster Northeast Charter Tour created on my daughter's wedding day. But, the most frustrating part, I have called to speak with the owner Scott since August 2. As of today he has not returned my phone call. That's the kind of customer service you will deal with."

"Great experience!! We chartered the Trolley for the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night and then the 56 passenger coach bus for the wedding guests to be shuttled to and from the venue on Saturday. Andy from Northeast was very professional, caring, kind and most of all very patient with us while we asked for so many quotes based on the number of people needing transportation the day of the wedding. The trolley and bus were very clean! The driver's were very personable! Thank you again Andy and Northeast Charter for a great Experience!!"
