Pivotal Beginnings, LLC is a Rhode Island based institution located at 840 Smithfield Avenue in Lincoln. We provide therapeutic supports for children, adults, and families, as well as consulting for behavioral and clinical needs. Our licensed professionals offer knowledge and tools to empower individuals and families to make behavioral changes and improve overall wellbeing. Our approach is informed by a behavioral-based perspective, with integrity and dignity being paramount in our direct services. Founded by a clinical social worker and behavior analyst, we offer therapy for various needs and populations, with extensive experience in providing services through a behavioral-based and person-centered lens. Additionally, we offer services for schools, day-cares, and other service providers, including applied behavior analysis, behavioral assessments, observations, and clinical consults. We also provide ABA supports such as behavioral coaching, parent training, assessments, and direct BCBA supports for individuals and families.
