"I would put zero if I could. Dr. Fischer deserves to have his license revoked. I saw him for medication management, and he tried to push veganism on me and basically said if I lost weight I would feel better and that veganism would be the key to that. When I told him I think I have ADHD, he said "Everyone has ADHD. It was invented by Big Pharma to push stimulants on children." I never went back. The only thing he ever gave me was the ability to dissociate on cue just so I didn't have to listen to him stroke his own ego."

"Doctor Fischer's office overcharged my FSA for two appointments, stated it was my problem to figure out with the FSA, and when I provided documentation showing that his office had overcharged my card they refused to provide receipts for those charges. My FSA has now sent a letter demanding receipts or reimbursement and I conveyed this to Doctor Fischer's office and they are still refusing to help me. If you want to avoid unnecessary headaches with billing don't go to this office. I've seen psychiatrists for years and never had a billing situation like this, or a response so cavalier and dismissive. They don't care and as a patient I think I deserve better. I have an update. I told his office that I would file complaints with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and my FSA due to Doctor Fischer's office refusal to provide either a receipt for the charge they placed on my card or reimburse me the full amount. This is what they said in response to my statements about filing complaints: "There can be consequences for knowingly filing false allegations or complaints." Let me be clear. His office charged my FSA card $207 in two transactions for two appointments. The FSA requires itemized receipts for transactions of those amounts. I asked on four separate occasions for his office to supply receipts and they refused. When it reached the point that the FSA wanted me to reimburse them the $207, Doctor Fischer's office refused to reimburse me which a certain amount. What they think I'm lying about I don't know but the bottom line is that they don't care about their patients, don't listen to them, and threaten them. Don't see Doctor Fischer, he has been aloof as this matter has progress and has offered no assistance in resolving the situation. He doesn't care. He doesn't care about his patients and he doesn't care when his own billing department botches billing his patients."
