"Probably the worst customer service my wife and I have seen in forever. Specifically concerning the lending side of MSB. All of our interactions with the teller line have been 5 star- they know what they are doing, they are friendly, and they get things done. The lending side of MSB has been the worst loan experience of our lives. Not only when we looked to refinance our mortgage with them (and it’s already there) but just recently trying to resolve an escrow issue. For being “the bank of YES” we heard an awful lot of “no” and “wait and see.” We will be grateful for the day we refinance with any other institution- and pull our deposit accounts as well. 0/5stars for MSB lending/management team. If I provided customer service like that- I’d certainly not have employment last much longer. MSB used to be the bank I referred to the most for anyone seeking a mortgage- that will cease to be true as of today."
