"I came in to the Walk in clinic on Jan 2nd and the lady checking me in need my insurance cards. Which they have them in my file. She said I need to show my insurance cards everytime I come for a appointment. This morning I just showed up for my appointment and they said they didn't need to see my insurance cards and I told her the lady on Jan 2nd that checked me in said I need to show them every time. I love the doctors here but they need to get on the same page with the insurance cards."

"I arrived for my appointment on time but had to wait for an hour before I was seen. The doctor did apologize which was nice but all told, I think my total face to face time with the doctor was all of 15 minutes and that’s being generous. They came in, held my X-ray up in front of them, glanced at it briefly and said I needed a knee replacement. When I expressed concern over the intense pain I was experiencing in one area (from what my general practitioner thinks is a torn meniscus) they dismissed my concerns. This was my first appointment and it felt very rushed. The knee brace they gave me is too big and doesn’t fit right so I can’t use it. I would have given them 1 star but I added a star because the cortisone shot the doctor gave me in my knee was by far the least painful cortisone shot I’ve ever had. I’m sure the doctor is very skilled and that’s why they felt that I didn’t really need much time but I really didn’t feel confident in trusting my surgery to them. I think when you first meet a doctor and they’re recommending surgery, they should take the time to explain the process and not make you feel rushed. At least that’s how it is with my foot surgeon. Maybe it was just a very busy day so they rushed through my appointment to save time and it isn’t the usual way they operate. Patients shouldn’t have to wait an hour to see their doctor only to be rushed through their appointment. I decided to go elsewhere for my surgery."
