I had been having what I had considered chronic knee pain for over a year before being referred to LiveVital through a sports medicine provider. I had a thorough evaluation on my initial visit, and a clear treatment plan was developed. What I appreciated most about the team was their holistic approach and continual check-ins with me as the treatment plan evolved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Honestly, parts of physical therapy program were strenuous, and at times I was discouraged that the pain was lingering. However, I was continually encouraged by the staff that I was indeed still making steps forward. I stuck with the exercises, and worked with them for nearly 6 months. When I finally graduated from physical therapy into a training regimen, I was able to return to playing the sports I loved with more confidence, strength, and considerably less pain than when I started.
