"1st visit with my 18month old- a little confusing at 1st when i got there with the whole covid precaution and how to check in for your appointment but once I got thru that part it was fine. Pediatrics department was great Met his Pediatrician Dr Robin Rogeau and she was wonderful! So warm and kind. Answered any questions- I a had smooth appointment. Medical Assistant was very nice too Jamari (hope I spelled that right!) she was very helpful and sweet :)"

"Not impressed. Had to do a virtual appointment and the doctor asked my husband to do the check up himself ( you know what they get paid to do). Called to speak to our pediatrician because my 15 month year old son has been waking up at night every 30 minutes , crying in pain. ( Told the doctors office that I think it could be sleep apnea or an ear infection.) Of course my husband was told we couldn't sons pediatrician because she wasn't in the office, so they setup a virtual appointment. How can you evaluate my son through a computer? Seriously? Oh it gets better.. she told him to look down at the back of his throat with a flashlight to see if his tonsils are enlarged. IM SORRY WHAT??? Well that obviously did not happen, and guess we can't rule out ear infection considering she can't check for fluid in his ears over a computer. She told my husband to give him melatonin and let him self soothe. So he is in pain and you want my son to SELF SOOTHE. NOT IMPRESSED . Absolutely terrible patient care, Very disappointed in all of this."

"Dr. Kornegay-Rougeau is an amazing doctor who listens to her patients and is very considerate, kind, and gentle. The rest of the staff, on the other hand, they are what is bringing this place down. If you have to call the nurses with a request, if you need information, or if you need to talk to your doctor: good luck, you will have to call more than twice to get anywhere with the staff."

"We only use PMA Pediatrics. Staff is friendly. The wait time is minimal even during busy flu season. Dr. Robin Kornegay-Rougeau has nade the transition from Dr. Rosenbloom easy. (We were worried) She is kind and thorough."
